Returns and Exchanges

You can make returns or exchanges by courier free of charge only the first time.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

You can make returns or exchanges by courier for FREE only once.
You must request authorization within 14 days of receiving your order at the following link: https://suede.it/en/pages/resi-e-cambi
Once the form is filled out, you will receive a confirmation email from shop@suede.it where the next steps will be outlined.

Please note: Orders picked up at our stores cannot be worn-tried in the fitting rooms at the time of pickup.
In case you intend to proceed with an exchange or return, you must first request online authorization as described above, without physically leaving the order in the store.

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?

IN STORE (free): Items to be returned can be delivered to one of our stores in Milan within 7 days of the request sent via link (select store when requesting return). This option is always free, even after the first order.

BY COURIER (1st return): For the first return, we will send a courier to pick it up. In this case, we ask that you seal the package tightly and tell us your preferred day for pickup. Also, if you would like the return to be made at a concierge desk, we ask that you write down the hours of service. We will email a label to be affixed to the package.

BY COURIER (2nd return): From the second return, shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. In this case, the return must be sent strictly within 7 days of the request sent via link to the following address:

WHAT ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED?

To send one or more returns/exchanges to Suede srl, the customer is required to comply with precise conditions:

  • All items for sale on www.suede.it are delivered to the customer with an original tag of authenticity attached to the garment. The garment must be tried on without removing the tag. Under no circumstances will returns with cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered tags be accepted.
  • All other tags on the garment, whether fabric or hanging, must necessarily be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item.
  • Items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
  • Items must necessarily be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the customer and must be properly wrapped and packaged.
  • If any of the above conditions are not met, Suede srl reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to return them to the customer at the customer's expense.

We urge you to take special care when trying on the purchased item, because items with missing or damaged original hanging tags will be considered hopelessly depreciated and unsaleable and, therefore, with zero euro value.

I GOT THE WRONG SIZE, CAN I EXCHANGE IT?

Exchanges can only be requested to make a size change or color variation of the same model purchased.

REPLACEMENT WITH DIFFERENT ITEM: In case you want to replace a purchased item with another, you must make the return of the first one and then proceed to a new order.

HOW DO I GET MY MONEY REFUNDED?

According to the original payment method you selected at checkout. (Shipping charges paid during purchase, will not be refunded as the cost is not collected by us, but paid to the courier company).

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we receive and verify the integrity of the item, the refund will be processed within 3 to 4 business days from the date the items are received.

- By the time the package has been taken over by the courier, it is NOT possible to proceed with the cancellation of the order.

- For returns and exchanges of orders from countries outside the European Community, both shipping and any customs costs are the responsibility of the customer.
