HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

It is possible to make returns or exchanges free of charge for the first order only.

You must request authorization within 14 days of receipt of your order at the following link: https://suede.it/it/reso/ (email and order number must be entered).

You will receive a confirmation email from: customerservice@suede.it

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?

IN STORE: Items to be returned can be delivered to one of our stores within 7 days of the request sent via link.
This option can be selected at the time of the return request. In this case, we kindly ask that you bring the receipt we attached to your order.

This option is always free of charge, even after the first order.

BY COURIER (1st return): For the first return, we will be sure to send a courier to pick it up.

In this case, we ask that you seal the package tightly and tell us your preferred day for pickup.
Also, if you would like the return to be made at a concierge desk, we ask that you write down the hours of service. We will email a label to be affixed to the package.

BY COURIER (2nd return): From the second return, shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 

In this case, the return must be sent strictly within 7 days of the request sent via link.

WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED? 

Items must be returned intact, unused and undamaged.

I GOT THE WRONG SIZE, CAN I EXCHANGE IT? 

Exchanges can only be requested to make a size change or color variation of the same model purchased.

They must be requested through the same link as the return: https://suede.it/it/reso/

HOW DO I GET MY MONEY REFUNDED?

According to the original payment method you selected at the start.
(Shipping charges paid during purchase, will not be refunded as the cost is not collected by us, but paid to the courier).

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we receive and verify the integrity of the item, we will send an email notification.
The refund will be processed within 3 to 4 business days from the date the items are received.
