Refund policy

How can I return my order?

It is possible to return or exchange for FREE only once.

Authorization must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the order at the following link: https://suede.it/it/reso/ (email and order number must be entered).

How do I return items?


IN STORE: The items to be replaced can be delivered to one of our stores within 7 days of the request sent via link.
This option can be selected when requesting a change. In this case we kindly ask you to bring with you the receipt that we have attached to the order.

This option is always free, even after the first order.

BY COURIER (1 change): For the first change, we will send a courier to collect it.

In this case we ask you to close the package well and to indicate the day of preference for the withdrawal.
In addition, if you want the collection to be made at a concierge, we ask you to write us the working hours. We will mail a label to the package.

BY COURIER (2 exchange rate): From the second request for exchange, the shipment is at the expense of the buyer.

In this case the change must be made within 7 days of the request sent via link to the following address: "SUEDE SRL" Via Boffalora, 15 - 20142 Milano

REPLACEMENT WITH A DIFFERENT ITEM: If you want to replace a purchased item with another, you must return the first item and then proceed to a new order.

WHICH ARTICLES MAY BE REPLACED?

Items must be returned intact, unused and undamaged.


I got the wrong size Can I change it?

The changes can be demanded exclusively for effecting change size or variant color of the same model purchased.

How do I get my money back?
According to the original payment method you selected on departure.
(The shipping costs paid during the purchase will not be refunded as the cost is not collected by us, but paid to the courier).

How soon will I receive a refund?


Once we have received and verified the item’s integrity, we will send you an email notification.
The refund will be made within 3/4 working days from the date of receipt of the items.

- By the time the package has been taken over by the courier, it is NOT possible to proceed with the cancellation of the order.
